Supplementary class 補堂: September 4

Please fill out the application form, along with a cheque of CDN$200, which includes the uniform (for the summer session)
Please deduct $20 if you are a returning player who do not need a new uniform.
You are also entitled to a further $10 sibling discount for each sibling joining.
